Every rule, with the number attached.
These are the exact thresholds our risk engine enforces — this page is generated from the same rule documents the engine reads, so it cannot drift from what actually runs. Your account is bound to the version of these rules published on the day it was issued.

How each rule is measured
Maximum drawdown
Static. Your floor is set once from your starting balance and never moves — profit only widens the cushion between you and it. On a 6% programme with a $100,000 account the floor sits at $94,000 for the life of the account.
It is measured on equity, so open positions count. It is checked continuously, not at the end of the day. Breaching it means dropping strictly below the floor — touching it exactly is not a breach. A withdrawal moves the floor down with your balance: taking your own profit out can never count as drawdown.
Daily drawdown
Your daily allowance is a fixed fraction of your starting capital, so it never shrinks after a losing day. The baseline it is measured from is your balance at the reset instant — 00:00 UTC — frozen for the whole day. Like the overall limit it is measured on equity and checked continuously.
On an account still in evaluation, breaching the daily limit ends the account. On a funded account it is a protection rather than a termination: positions are closed, new ones are paused until the next reset, and the account survives.
Profit target
Measured on closed balance with a flat book. Floating profit that touches the target does not pass the account — you have to close the trade. This exists so an account cannot pass on an open position it then gives back.
Consistency
No single day may account for more than 40% of the sum of your profitable days. This is a soft gate: it never closes your account and it never takes your profit. It only withholds the pass or the payout until your distribution evens out, and your dashboard shows the exact total you need to reach at all times — you will never meet this rule for the first time at withdrawal.
Minimum trading days
A day counts when you open at least one position on it. Days are counted from the trading day the position was opened, in the same clock as the daily reset.
Documents
This rulebook covers the trading rules. Our Terms & Conditions and Risk Disclosure are with counsel and are not yet published — no account can be opened against them until they are.
